Skinny Iced Mocha Latte is 100 calories for 16 oz. Skinny Hot Iced Mocha is 130 calories for 16 oz. Skinny Peppermint mochas are good also but in some areas the sugar free peppermint is seasonal. Enjoy!

The way I understand it...eating back your calories means that you consume the calories that you burned beyond your 1200 daily calorie intake. I personally do not eat back all my workout calories. I will have a high protein snack or shake after a workout and that sometimes puts me over my daily intake.

In my experience...you can't out exercise a bad diet. I tend to lose my weight while staying within my caloric intake for the day. The exercise is what makes me see reults...flatter tummy, shaply arms, etc.

I am so excited to start a new challenge. My short term goal is 20 pounds by March. That seems do-able. My long term goal is 40 pounds by my sister's wedding in June. I am glad to be part of this group and hope to make motivating friends along the way.
