Yes...I exercise at home..Jillian Michaels, other dvds, walking, and running. I havent had a gym membership at all!! Just healthy eating and at least 30 mins a day!

I had my tonsils removed at age 22 for the same reason...constant infections, body inmune to antibiotics, and crater like dimples on the tonsils. If you can go to an ENT and have them taken out.

It is meant to be done for 30 days straight but I think it would definitely be up to each individual's fitness level..the rest day is up to each person. However, the workouts are so short that they are doable every day for 30 days. I personally found it too easy so I used Ripped in 30..definitely saw results with that one.

I have to disagree with your comment. I didn't get "ripped" but in conjunction with a balanced/healthy diet and alternating 2-3mile runs I did see a lot more definition by just using Ripped in 30...pics on profile to prove it.
