What should I do?
I am getting ready to be away from home for a month with little ability to cook. I want to lose between 10-15lbs, tone up, and get back into half marathon shape. I was thinking of doing one quick cardio session before work (30 mins or so) and then another cardio and weights in the afternoon. Any advice? Thanks!!
