I found this website out of luck and I am really glad I did. It is helping me to really understand intake vs. outake and refocus on what I need to do in order to get to my desired weight. I know I can do it, I have done it before. Last time it was 35lbs, now it's only 15. Need all the motivation and recipe ideas I can get!
