I know its hard, but you guys need to lock things like they do on the units if is that bad. Example sharp things locked up, frig/freezer locked, tools locked, dials off stove/oven. Basicly adult proof the house for safety.

That can be very challenging. Have you tried precooking meals so there is "leftovers" in the frig need to be eaten, so they wont get wasted?

If you are working out and eating right than the inches and pounds you lose are suppose to be fat. You can always buy one of those body fat measuring devices as a way to track with measurements and the scale if you want to be more sure of the results.

Since there is no way to discriminate against fat, there isn't a work out that will eliminate fat in a certain area. So this is a trick question. But if you are trying to tone your arms you wouldn't do leg workouts.

I didn't say I could not lose in those areas they just take longer. And the weighted hula hoop is a way to engage the core muscles with a heavier weight that mountain climbers or planks while adding the cardio vascular benefits that are hard to get with some other abdominal workouts.

I wondered if they increased the protein to keep a fuller feeling since the carb is so low you can't do a lot of fiber and most people feel full longer because of protein and fiber not fat.

I drink water instead of other drinks unless is unsweetened tea most of the time. @iragreta I use my apple step counter and synced it to my fitness pal. I work in a hospital too and average between 1500-2100 steps a day depending on which department they float me to. Not a mom. But talk to your doctor about the nutrition requirements and lowest calorie intake you should do. Breast feeding burns so many calories with the hormones on your side. Best of luck.
