I do it once a week at most. Water can add 0-10pounds to your normal weight because of salt retention. You can't gain two or three pounds of true weight over night.

Gas stations are not a place to get fresh food here because it is for road trip snacks. I have no problem getting raw ingredients from food stores and my friends in NY don't either (they have a local place with in a block walk that is only fresh foods in queens). It is not out of the way for us. It is what we are use to.

I don't think so the bread would get soggy in the reheat and the egg could easily get rubbery form over cooking. You can always get on of those microwave egg container things to speed up the process but have it fresh.

I do heavier first and try to keep the heavier weight in longer. If I have to go to lower I do.

It depends on time. If I can do it an hour before I will have one than. I always work out better if I don't feel full which can lead to nausea if I am pushing limits. And if I can't I do it after.

You should check measurements and body fat percentage too. Scales can change drastically due to water retention.

It isn't bad. But I would think of dropping the calories a little faster. The reason being thanksgiving, Christmas, new years, and Valentines day. Halloween too if you are into that. Try cutting out the more acidic veggies and fruits. Tomatoes give my guy really bad heart burn, but I am fine with them.

Has anyone else noticed that a weeks worth of veggies don't really fit in the frigs crisper area. I find it really annoying. I mean really, who wants two doors to open for each door. Just give me room to store food.

I was just reading some f these replies and what I got out of it is you can't trust anything. If the natural food is an average the the weight is an average. Maybe this is why diet and exercise are the winning team in weight lose.

Looking at your food diary makes me hungry. Seem to me you eat pretty healthy, but the last week or so you skip meals and eat less calories. Where you having the snacking issue all along?

That stinks about the gym. You need someone that can help with your form. I think a PT may help since you don't know what you are doing. Form is really important so you are working the right muscles and not injuring yourself. I don't think you would need one for long or that often, just for the start.

If you are running out in your neighborhood, first I would get a heart rate monitor. That way you can see how many calories you are really burning. No, it just can change more depending on what you eat. But it will be in line with what most places go by when you get weighed like the Doctors office. In the hospital the daily weight is done at six in the morning so that it is the most accurate for medication or weight tracking depending the reason the doctor ordered it.

Thats what I don't get, Most almond milks compare to 1% milk. But most people that are doing healthy living or trying use skim. That would make the almond milk more fattening but less calories.

I have noticed if i want to see I burned more calories the Elliptical is the best for that. It is alway way higher on calories burned than a treadmill.
