  • Hi Ladies: I started the challenge today and 21089 steps which is 10.54 miles. This was a combination of doing stairs 15 minutes, a half an hour on the treadmill at 4 mph, 60 minutes of spin, and an hour of circuit training. I also did 35 squats and 20 push ups.   • Kasi, I really don't mind if you want to throw the bike miles out..I just happen to do spin classes a couple a nights a week , which is a little different than regular biking because you add tension.   • Happy Sunday ladies..up early and got the challenge done..then hit the gym up..an hour on the elliptical, a half hour on the track and 2o minutes of strength training. Later today I will be dancing as I promised baby girl we would. Hope everyone is having a great day!! Tammie

  • Thanks I am on bored..here is a HIIT video that I found on youtube that is just about 30 minutes..with stretching it would give you 30. I will be doing in the am. Hope this helps this. Can be done at home without weights. Have a good night everyone!!
