If you aren't much of a cook a easy thing to do is get a crock pot. The crock pot recipes are usually through stuff in a pot and let it cook all day. Plus, I like to make extra and I have leftovers for lunches later. There is a thread in the recipe categories with great ideas for the crockpot. As far as the frozen meals…

I love onions rings, this sounds great. Thanks

This sounds so good. I have made I cream cookies before by using the canned pumpkin and a spice cake mix for the cookies and then using cool whip between them and freezing them.

I have such a hard time with this. So my goal is to not snack after 7:30pm. Sometimes with my schedule my suppers can get kinda late, but when they do I try to keep them light. I am also trying to find more things to do in the evening to keep me busy so I am not shoveling food in my mouth. :)

Fruits and veggies start to lose some of their nutrients as soon as their picked, so the frozen veggies are just as good if not better then the ones that have traveled on a truck to get to you. The only thing you need to becarefull of is the canned. Sometimes the have added sodium to help preserve them.

I love my Wii Fit Plus. I had the Wii Fit first, so I am not sure if you need it before buying the Wii Fit Plus either. But I think it is definately worth it. What I like is you can do the yoga and/or strength training and it feels like a real work out. Or you can just play the games and have fun. So even if I am not in…

Well, the $20 upgrade Wii Fit Plus does calculate the calories for you. But again, not sure how accurate they are. For me though it is close enough. Plus I like how you can string the yoga and/or strength together so you don't have go back to the main menu after each one. I really like it.

I totally agree. A few months ago, we had a guest speaker at work talking about how to find peace in your life. He talked about how people use the excuse of "I don't have time". It isn't about not having time. We all have the time. It is about prioritizing items into the time we have.

The Wii Fit Plus counts the calories for you. If you haven't gotten it yet, I would highly suggest it. It was only $20 and I love how you can pick your strength and yoga exercises and it runs through them in a row without having to go to the main menu.
