I've found MFP really useful. When you become aware of everything you eat you can plan and chance patterns. With a daily diary you take it a day at a time so if you have a bad day you wake up with a clean slate able to do better. Good Luck.

I'm always over in my fats and protein but the fats are good fats - whole eggs, nuts, avocado, olive oil etc. I'm taking a whole foods/organic approach. I still have full fat milk, yoghurt, cheese and butter but very little processed food and very little sugar outside of it's natural state and I'm losing weight. Staying…

I've always slouched with breakfast and eaten when I was starving but since joining MFP I've turned over a new leaf, (though I keep it lighter than most) 100gms Natural yoghurt. 1 cup blueberries, 8 almonds, tbl spoon Chai bran, tbl spoon goji berries and tbl spoon cocao nibs = very tasty! And maybe a boiled egg as well.

I use to love potato but really it was just a delivery system for salt and butter. To be honest I don't miss it or cheese and that was a huge snack favorite, though I have kept cottage cheese and parmesan. I generally eat at home though I do work for a few restaurants and just keep the food choices healthy. I am hoping…
