Losing weight after a complete thyroidectomy
I am about to have my thyroid removed, all reports indicate gaining 10-20pounds after. I'm already taking thyroid medication. What can I do to not gain weight after surgery. Thanks in advance for any help.

Booze is my undoing!
I work a job where I get free alcohol. I managed the first 3 months on MFP not drinking but I've slipped back into it. My weight loss has stalled, I'm getting very frustrated by my lack of control and the crap I consume when I drink. I can't find a way back to take control. URGH!

My macros are always off. Advice please
I have my macros setting as the auto MFP ratio's but I am usually over in my protein and fats whist I'm usually way under in my carbs.
