Well the more you exercise the more you're supposed to eat. So if you burn 500 calories, you should be eating 1700 calories. But without exercising, try raising it anywhere from 1350 to 1590 calories. You will still lose weight, especially if it gives you the strength to finish your workouts. You will probably still lose weight if you keep up with your weight loss habits. If you want to stay at 140, a helpful thing would be to switch your goals to maintaining your current weight.
