  • I've been working with a trainer since the first of the year. He motivates me... I work out 3 x's a week and haven't missed one workout since January 1st. It's March 23rd today. That's almost 3 months without skipping a beat. I know for me, that if I didn't have the commitment to him, I wouldn't be doing so well. I'm down…
