  • Try putting some peanut butter on your toast. Simple change, and it's just as fast as your blue bonnet. The protein in the peanut butter will give your tummy a little more to work with!

  • This might sound funny, but try putting an ankle length sock over the outside of your shoe just on the Front half of your foot. You'll be able to turn your foot more freely on the carpet. Just hope no one comes to your door wondering why in the world you are wearing a sock on the outside of your shoe ;)

  • oh my word! I am guessing you have something messed up in your exercise log! If you overrode the calorie burn amount it will stay that way in your recently used exercises and then when you keep adding it, it will be wrong each time. Same goes for the foods.   • What kind of socks do you wear? Sounds like friction to me. Try a softer/thinner sock, or turn the ones you are wearing inside out so that the rough side is on the outside and smooth side is on the inside. Old trick my HighSchool gym teacher used to do. Also cuts down on foot sweat :)

I do not make my bed other than when I put on fresh bedding or have people coming over (sometimes even then I just close my bedroom door) I have often thought I was the minority but i guess not!
