  • I did but not anymore and I have been unsuccessful with trying to motivate her and she's already put back on like 15lbs. She motivated me so much and I'm so sad that I'm failing to do the same for her. :(
  • Completed Week 1 Day 3. This was killing after following a day of Tabata Power. Maxed at 10:55. Did some mods for the sake of my knees. I hope my coordination will improve as the weeks go.. I feel like my feet are tripping over each other.

  • Yeah that's fine. Just make sure you do it at the same time of day as well. So if you weigh in on Monday mornings make sure you make your weekly weigh in on Monday mornings only. Weight can fluctuate throughout the week from 3-5lbs or sometimes even higher/lower weights. It can make you absolutely nuts if you weigh in…
  • I hear ya.. almost 16lbs down so far and measurements from my thighs haven't budged even a quarter of an inch. So frustrating! Just keep working though. It'll get there. :)
  • This is the part that has always confused me. I personally don't eat them *all* back but I do have a high carb/protein snack right after I work out (especially if I was lifting).
