You could put your activity level as sedentary - most days at home. Then on days you work record it as cleaning under exercise and that will adjust your calorie intake for that day to compensate.:smile:

Do they have a pool at your Y, do a parent child swim class. You would both benefit from the time together, the exercise and her learning that exercise is an important part of life. Every second counts!!! I have a 10 min cardio burn that I do on busy days and it has been working great for me. As long as you are watching your calories and drinking plenty of water. I have small kids too and when they are sick it is all but impossible to find even 30 minutes to yourself. I say what ever you can do is…
