This is an incorrect statement as well - Green Tea has 25mg per cup vs. Soda averages from 25-40 mg Coffee 95-110 mg Decaf Coffee 15-20 mg So it is up to you weather you count it or not but here are some facts.

Start slow, run/walk intervals work great to get the body used to running and avoid injury. There are a lot of programs out there for runners of all types. I have my 1st half coming up next summer, but yes I am a run/walker. I don't know that I have any desire to every run a long race like that without taking walk breaks.

What is your goal per week set at?? I was stuck with the last 10 lbs and really struggled. I recenctly changed my goal to just .5 lbs per week and am losing again.
