Hello, need friends to help
In March I starting watching what I ate and exercising, had lost 22 pounds. I kind of fell off the wagon after Thanksgiving and gained 4 pounds back. Monday I joined the website and am back at counting calories and exercising. Hope to reach for goal weight by March of 2011. :smile:
