Hello, need friends to help

In March I starting watching what I ate and exercising, had lost 22 pounds. I kind of fell off the wagon after Thanksgiving and gained 4 pounds back. Monday I joined the website and am back at counting calories and exercising. Hope to reach for goal weight by March of 2011.

Welcome, there are a lot of Valentine's Day groups (or my group which was New Years, but will soon be St. Paddy's Day) that you weigh in weekly and get that extra boost of motivation. I definitely recommend joining one of these threads as an extra boost of motivation. I would have slacked far more than I did this month if I didn't know in the back of my head that I had to check in on my thread.
