Looking for updates...how are people doing on this? How does it work to maintain the weight losses? Has anyone had problems gaining back weight?

I can't do much of anything - even walking hurts right now, so I'm in PT. It's so frustrating because I actually enjoy walking, and now can't. Weight I lost is creeping back on, and I know if I can lose weight there will be less pressure on the knees, so I feel like I'm in a catch-22. So annoyed with myself.

I found that eating a little bit every few hours as opposed to having meals helped. I would have some crackers or an apple, see how I did, then have a little something else. It's not easy! Some deep breathing helps too. Hang in there!

How about - husband tells you he's not attracted to you anymore but still loves you. Says he wants to be with you no matter what. Acknowledges that he isn't perfect anymore either.
