Struggles- I got sick again this Friday, still dealing with it ☹ Achievements- on the week days that I was up and healthy ami stayed on track and lost weight! I've lost 6.6 pounds this week, knowing that some of it is gone because of being sick.

My problem was never thinking I'm the only one with this problem. I've wanted to freeze meals or make them on weekends so bad! Buuuut I live with three other people and we all have the same fridge and freezer. So that doesn't work too well haha

Thanks, it could be helpful to get my things done on certain days to make more time for working out. Thats the main thing I don't seem to have enough time or energy for.

Who said I haven't had success using them? I drink them because they have good protein, keep me full and are efficient for me to drink while I'm busy doing other things. Just because I'm wanting to keep pushing myself to be better doesn't mean I haven't found any success.

I have the same problem. About a year and a half ago I lost 15 pounds from MFP and I used it religiously, but I work at a camp in the summer so its extremely hard to do.
