Thanks, this is helpful. I was vegetarian for almost 5 years until recently so I eat a ton of fruit, which obviously has carbs. I don't know how I wouldn't eat fruit through out the day without feeling constant cravings haha

So how did you decide on the 30-30-35 ratio. Did you just try and redo it when it didn't work or did you base it off of something?

So why is there such a hype about low carb diets? My mom has been on them and lost weight pretty quickly. I understand that carbs are beneficial to help our energy and fruits have a lot of carbs which are good. I just don't know if I just try to be eating less.

I think the gym staff members should have something to help them, like you said someone stationed around the gym to help. (I do agree on the texting part though! lol!) But it stinks because these people WANT to better themselves, that is why they are there, but they don't have the proper training on how to.

I used to get very dizzy during globe jumps, what helps me is find a spot you can focus on and keep your eyes there the whole time. Even if you have to place a penny somewhere, make it something like a dot on the wall/ floor or a small object, it really helps me!

I follow the nutrition guide (calories and macros) but don't eat their meals or shakeology. Eat healthy, get enough protein, if you want to try some recovery shakes check some other ones out! I personally love Herbalife. Good luck!

My two favs--> Sharmrock (mint chocolate healthy meal 2 scoops, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder orr Thin Mint ---> 2 scoops mint chocolate healthy meal, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1 t of chocolate fudge dry pudding mix Enjoy :) (Plus ice and a cup of water! Always :) I like lots of ice!)

6. I work at a daycare, we start potting training at 2, by the time they are 3-4 they can do everything perfect by themselves. We keep close incase they need anything, but by 4 they are all very able to go to the bathroom by themselves. The only time they might need help is if they need help getting up to the big seat. :)

Um, I kind of have too many shoes, not a enormous amount, but more than I need. I probably have 5 pairs of boots, 3 sneakers/walking shoes, 3 TOMS, and then probably 10 randoms like sandals or moccasins. The problem is I don't wear all of them haha, so more than I need for sure. Same with the jeans! I probably have 8 pairs…

I didn't for the first few weeks, now I use their formula for the nutrition plan (but don't eat their recipes, just keep it within the goal I got for myself) :)
