Well, I probably drank about 9 cups within and after my workout, but I do drink water through out the day, so I do keep hydrated. I keep my water bottle on my at all times, but I guess TOM probably is making me feel more "full" too.

I do hate TOM. Believe me, and I do crave things way more than I do normally, but like you said it is just a craving, we still have the choice! I still workout everyday I am on my period too, if I have super bad cramps in the morning, I'll do it at night! But that doesn't take away from the fact that he still sucks. :/

Now. Haha, I am only 21, but in the past I have never been one to exercise everyday, eat healthy and continuously be getting more fit. So, now :)

I really love Chobani, you can get lots of different flavors. Just mix them well and eat! YUMMY!

See, because I am doing it from the formula from insanity, it already counts an average of those calories burnt during the workout, so I don't eat them back. But that could be why the goal is so high in the first place? Because you don't add calories burnt.

^^ I love them, along with smart ones. But, the sodium is high. I used to eat them everyday, but now don't eat them nearly as much and feel more healthy. But a couple a week should be fine :) I have one if I am being lazy or don't have time to make something else!

I love my herbalife shakes! Also, at the normal grocery store I always get.. Fruit- apples, bananas, cuties, etc. Salad chobani yogurt edys fruit bars fiber one 90 cal brownies laughing cow cheese and triscuit crackers cottage cheese bread and eggs!

Also, because you're not logging your water intake I don't know how much you drink a day. That is a big one, you need to make sure you are drinking enough water and getting the proper sleep for your body to function correctly. Good luck!

A week is way too soon to be getting this worried... the reason most people aren't successful with losing weight is because if they don't see huge changes RIGHT AWAY, they give up. Don't give up on this because it will take time, the time will pass anyway.

^^ This! Exactly :) I shop at Walmart or Cashwise. Like they said, it doesn't matter where you get it, it just matters what you get! No need to spend all that extra time and money to go get groceries a hour+ away!
