I wouldn't worry about it, just stay active and don't stuff yourself full every time you eat. I was told I would gain a lot of weight when I went to MX this past year, but because I was always swimming or snorkeling or being active in general, I actually lost weight!

Okay.. haha, and believe me I am working hard!! My heart rate used to be around 198 when doing the workouts, now usually my peak is in the high 180's.

When I started insanity three weeks ago, I could only do like 5 girl pushups at a time, but doing them more and more, gave me the strength to do more and more, now I add in a "boy pushups" for every so many girl pushups I do, when i feel stronger, i'll bump up the ratio with the regular pushups. I am on week three, and gained a pound. But, from what I hear from 95% of other people is that they had the same thing happen, and then the last 2 weeks it melted off! So I am going to continue and cross my fingers! Plus it is making me stronger for sure!
