I think a good way to start this marraige is to lay a trap for him. Don't remind him. Then, after he forgets, get mad at him. Better yet, when you are disappointed that he forgot, become passive aggressive and when he asks what's wrong, tell him "nothing."

gmalian, phones are a real nuisance. I try to make eye contact with anyone in my threat zone, but often drivers are oblivious on the phone (driving while phoning are illegal in California). Even pedestrians stepping off the curb often do not see me until the last minute if they are on the phone.

Yes. Last month I had a case of raging diarrhea cause by a bactieria given to me by a friend in Mexico who was studying the little critters. The meds did nothing but slow the peristalsys according to the label. Peristalsys has nothing to do with diarrhea. At best such meds only slow the intervals but they don't even do…

Reduce calories and increase exercise.

Form is more important than weight. I see guys doing curls by rocking their entire upper body to get the weight up. Chest boucnes to presses are bad. So many injuries from bad form. Correctly done, weights turn out to be much lighter.

A a runner, I run outside as the default, the treadmill if outside is not available and the ellipticall only if I am injured, for which it is great.
