I am 5'4 and my goal would is around 115-120 depends how i feel and look when i get there, after i reach that i most likely would love to tone up and gain 10 pounds or so of muscle so that puts me at 125-130?

Don't give up! Most likely it is just water weight and of course you gain weight during the day because you're eating etc. When you first wake up in the morning and weigh yourself you havent consumed anything yet so that's why your weight is lower. Also if your working out and such, you could be gaining muscle weight too,…
