I would just go with the 1600......don't eat back the calories burned

unless you have 75lbs or more to lose, you should set the goal at 1.5 not 2..............and shouldn't be eating less than 1400

you need a lot more at that weight and gradually cut calories........starting that low, you will stall and frustration will sit in and you will quit..................so you should rethink that..................at least try 1500.....................so yes you're nuts lol

I tried one flavor a long time ago when I heard about this......................and ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww gross if I want ice cream, I'm eating the good stuff lol...............what I like about IF is I can eat what i want on some days.................

strength training helps add muscle and turn fat into mucscle...............cardio does help so I disagree with some comments...........it burns calories and helps you stay in a deficit.............also it doesn't matter what kind of exercise you do, you will always crave food lol key is drink alot of water.

I was the biggest guy at my gym when I started.....................but I didn't care

either burn more.................or skip breakfast and split it into 2 meals..............are you sure 2000 is not too much too........another thing you can do is have a lower calorie day 1 or 2days a week to help keep you in a deficit.
