i try to save mine for the evening, sometimes if I can't handle it I will use 100 during the day, usually if that happens I will have a miss swiss diet hot chocolate 25cal or a rockstar zero carb zero sugar will get me through it lol

JUDDD diet has a calculator that tells you your up day calories and your down day.............. EOD diet.......eat 500 and normal day eat whatever you want and you don't have to keep track, so there is a slight difference. most JUDDD will alternate and take wknds off. varady reccommends eating your 500 between 12pm-2pm or…

I use both, treadmill readings are more accurate. but both are good. on treadmill I use the incline between 12-15............if you use treadmill make sure you do it handsfree.

You want to use sedentary, you really have to workout everyday. not like you're working out hard 7 days a week. most people mess up by picking light or moderate.

I've been on it a week and already love it lol............I've done alot of fasting ways but this is the easiest. I've read that you don't need the book, it doesn't say much how to do the plan........you eat your normal calories to maintain 5 days a week and cut 20% and eat that twice a week.............heres a good chart…
