  • Bread, pasta, pizza, baked goodies (i love to bake! :huh: ) and ice cream. I haven't figured out a way not to give in, which is why I am 46 pounds overweight! :noway: I will have to figure out how to add them in my diet in small amounts. It is not realistic to eliminate them all together! that just makes me want them more!

  • I just started the P90X Lean today! I can already tell that I am going to be sore tomorrow! But that's okay, because I have another workout to do! :wink:

  • Power walking is fantastic. also, Women's Health has a book called "Big Book of Exercises" and it is full of exercises that you can do just with your body weight!
