  • I do try to count it. I put in 1 tsp of oil in a meal if it doesn't seem like much and maybe a tablespoon if it seems like a lot. Yes, sometimes you have no idea and it's probably always more than we think.
  • Oooh. Good to know the calorie count of a whole bottle because I defiantly drink that at a party. That is my limit and if I drink more than that I feel pretty hung over the next day. I'm a Chardonnay fan but California wine is too expensive in China so it's from Chile or Austrilia and it's decent.
