Golden Corral is my diet nightmare. We don't really do buffets anymore though. I physically cannot eat enough to even make it a good value because i'm so used to eating 400 - 500 calories at a time.

And maybe I'm a bit biased because I work there but Pizza Hut? Really? I can get it for free and I still won't touch it. I've even had co workers try to pay me to eat it. Pizza Hut is by far the worst pizza on the planet right next to Cici's.

I've seen some pretty ridiculous statements on this website but this takes the cake. Nothing will tone your body except weight and resistance training. To even suggest that a pill can do it for you is just absurd. Please educate yourself before you try to give people advice.

Sounds about right to me. I have a really hard time getting my hr up on an elliptical or bike. I have to do some real running to do 600 in an hour. A keep in mind that people who weigh more will burn more with the same amount of exercise.

I go over my sodium quite often and quite a bit. But in my experience as long as you drink a ton of water it really doesn't matter. I have a lot of sodium but I also drink over a gallon of water a day. The only time I have issues with water weight is during my time of the month.

When you lift your body retains water and sends it to the muscles along with other things to help them heal. It is also the reason you are sore the day after. Your body causes inflammation in the area that causes pain. It's your body's way of telling you, hey I need a rest.

Frozen ones need to be totally thawed out. Once thawed I stab them to death with a fork and then marinade. Pretty much any marinade will work, you can even make your own. Then when I bake them I cover the pan with foil. I started doing this a few weeks ago and the difference is amazing.

Only baddies have to grind heroics for gear. I raid 9 hours a week, enjoy the company of the people I play with, and I have fun defeating a new boss for the first time. You don't have to dog on it just because it's not your cup of tea.

No food helps get rid of belly fat. You can't reduce fat from any specific part of your body. Regular exercise reduces overall fat and eventually belly fat. You probably need to eat more. Are you eating at least some of your exercise calories to maintain a 1200 net? Do you have you activity level set appropriately? Believe it or not the number one mistake I see people doing when they are not losing weight is not eating enough.
