Try incorporating healthy high calorie foods like peanut butter, raisins. And though I generally don't recommend drinking your calories, if you are having trouble getting your 1200 net maybe a cup of fruit juice or milk with dinner will help without adding bulk.

0_o There's no such thing as a food that stores fat. Food doesn't store anything. Your body stores things in different ways but as long as you eat fairly clean, you are in a calorie deficit and eating a balanced diet you are going to lose weight.

To much protien can be taxing on your kidneys and your liver. There is such a thing as to much. With that said, mfps protien goals are fairly low so if you go over a bit you really don't have anything to worry about.

Nuts do have healthy fats nutrients and protien but I would say rhat you dont need a "ton". Everything in moderation. a balanced diet is key. I possibly wouldnt listen to any "nutritionist" that tells you to eat a ton of anything.

I log it for the 'previous day' since I stay up until 3 in the morning a few days a week I'm usually eating until 1 or 2. It's not a new day for me until I've been to bed and gotten back up.

I eat my calories up until I reach a 1000 - 1200 net and save for last week I've lost 1 - 2 lbs per week. I also use an HRM so my exercise calories are fairly accurate.

If you work some where that doesn't allow outside food all you have to do is tell them that you have a medical condition that doesn't allow you to eat that particular food.
