I might have to hop on this bandwagon. Haven't had candy nor soda in 2 weeks. There's definitely temptation because there's boxes of soda in the house. I am definitely trying to stay away from that stuff.

I'm 5'5" starting at 160. I have about 19% body fat. I've been an athlete through out my life and I gain muscle very easy. If you were to look at me, you wouldn't think I was 160. People usually think I'm in the 130's. But I'm just looking to tone up and lose this lower belly fat I got. Target=150

I have just been told that it's not good to eat through out the night though.
