  • I was kind of wondering that myself... thanks for your input.... I will bump up my calories to 1400 and see if that helps at all ... When I do two workouts per day I have a hard time eating enough to be 1200 net calories... I am realistically eating over 2100 now but I burn about 900 calories of that off in my workouts…
