I had the EXACT same thing happen - went to my sister's for the weekend.... and we went to the fair... so bad :( I weighed myself this morning and figured I'd have gained a few back, but HOLY MOSES!! I'm going to wait until next week to check again to give my body time to get back on track.

I'm not sure if this board is still active, but I just started LC this week - still working through what I can eat - surprises me how many carbs are in some things! Please add me if still active - would love some ideas!

I've used a handful of peanuts with a couple dark chocolate chips - limited though. My biggest craving is salty snacks so I go for lighter versions - like puffed chips or popcorn with a little parm cheese or lemon pepper (sounds weird, but it's good).

I'm slightly above - at 1250, but typically eat less. I eat a ton of veggies and never feel like I'm starving - I love the Dole Chopped Salad mixes (I use very little dressing to help cut fat/calories). I need to figure out how to get more protein though... chicken breast is getting boring.
