still, with kitchen spray oils, i know i'm using less and getting less calories than if i were to pour it on a pan for eggs or something, that's a bonus...

guys.. really? your body doesn't know the difference in day times, and neither do calories. eat whenever, just make sure you work it off the next day!

fruits: watermelon, strawberries, and pineapple veggies: carrots, bell peppers, and avocado and tomatoes (i know the last two are technically not veggies ut whatever)
