  • I'm 68. Got sick for a year and gained alot of weight due to inactivity and depression. Finally ready to work a plan back to health. Particularly giving up added sugar...my kryptonite. :#
  • I'm a HUGE fan (no pun intended) of weights along with cardio. Weights build muscle which burn calories consistently. I'm amazed at how much of a sweat I work up too. :smile:
