Hi, I am 52 and would like to join this group. My goal is to work out for 35 minutes or more every day. I just did a 3 mile walk to a Leslie Samsone dvd and alternate with Tae Bo. Who says ladies over 50 can't rock?! I am also looking for new friends.

Hi, I am from Atlanta, Georgia. I lost 10 pounds counting calories and being on myfitnesspal. I was put on medication and gained the 10 pounds back as the medicine makes me so hungry! I started working out yesterday again, and counting calories today. Would love some motivation tips and new friends.

I have seen all the Star War and Star Trek movies(except the latest one). Like Wolverine,Underwold, and Spiderman movies too.. Once Upon A Time, Continuum, and Haven are some of my favorite shows to watch. Also love Planet of the Apes with Mark Wahlberg.
