I'm having the same discouraged feeling of maintaining, then gaining. Very frustrating when supposedly I've been below my calories. I'm leaning towards muscle building like you said. We can do it! Just a little bump in the road that we can get over. Stay strong.

I just started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred - great workout! I also like the Billy Banks Tae-Bo dvds. Good luck!

L1D2 done! I improved in some areas and I can tell I pushed myself harder this time. My rumpasaurus muscles are sore! No pain, no gain! Great job everyone, keep persevering, it will be worth it in the end!

Day one done. Whew. Found my weakest areas. Workouts like this one make you feel good... even though they hurt a little. Good job, everyone!

I was wondering about rest days, too. Especially if the body is saying it needs it. I would be interested to hear what people are thinking, too since this is supposed to be such an intense workout. Thanks.
