The thing that i have found to work best for me is counting my Macros, if i don't i find i will never get enough protein in my diet!

126 grams of egg whites 2 large eggs 125 grams of dry curd cottage cheese 3 carbs 6 fat 42 protein Scramble the eggs then mix with the cottage cheese and put some hot sauce on top of it, keeps me quite full until lunch time!

I need to eat solid foods for my meals or i will feel hungry pretty quickly if i do not.

Im counting my macros my protein is that high because i am also working out! To get my protein in i use eggs, egg whites, chicken breast and protein powder! Egg whites and chicken breast help a lot though!

Maybe she doesn't want to? Sure i COULD eat what my boyfriend is eating and only get to eat a 1/2 cup serving for dinner or i could make what i want and get to eat a better more filling dinner! Me and my boyfriend just make our own dinners it works out just fine!

I get a lot of my stuff from the Outlet part of the Under Armour website (Their capris and shorts are my favorite). Am i the only one who likes low fat cheese better? haha Probably but i like that it is almost a little bit dryer? Also for those talking about salad dressings has anyone tried the ones made out of yogurt?? They are quite tasty and usually lower in calories i have found!

I find whenver i eat about a 200-300g serving of Brussels sprouts cooked with about 15-30g of shredded cheese that tends to fill me up nicely! Maybe try eating lower calorie things that you can eat in more volume??

Has anyone else tried the Lemon one? It sounded so tasty but omg it was awful i took one bite and then threw the rest out! I also agree that the strawberry cheese cake one was gross. I love the cookies and cream, cookie dough, apple pie, s'mores and the white chocolate raspberry!

If i didn't have snacks i wouldn't be able to do this! BUT i have chosen things that are close to the snacks i would like to eat (instead of doritos i eat those tortilla rice chips) stuff like that, because i can eat those in moderation but doritos i can not haha it just does not work!

Ive just started Insanity Max 30, been doing it for about 3 days now and even though i have to do the modified versions of the workout i quite like it so far! I like that it is only 30 minutes a day and it is pretty tough!

I use my HRM while im working out (starting with cardio ending with strength training) If my heart rate is still up around 120-170 during that time would it still be accurate? My resting heart rate is around 80.
