You were beautiful before, but you look so healthy and happy now. Congratulations!

I pretty much don't log into Facebook anymore after finding MFP. This is a much healthier alternative, in my opinion. It's nice seeings so much positivity!

This website may have been included already in this post, but I haven't read through all. A Year of Slow Cooking is the greatest crockpot cooking site I have ever seen. Here is a link to the alphabetical listing of recipes: http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2007/12/alphabetical-listing-of-recipes.html

Taking a 30-minute core class at my gym in the AM :) Perfect timing!

I'm taking the 5:30AM strength training class and all exercises listed for Day 2 are included (minus the jumping jacks). Yeah! I'm stoked! I'll do jumping jacks at home before I leave for the gym!

I woke up with an upset stomach, and have had it all day. I could not keep down that much water...but tomorrow it's ON!

I actually have an appointment in two hours to talk with my doctor about the possibility of my having endometriosis. Luckily I don't get pain from working out, but I do get tired a lot. I'm nervous to find out exactly what's going on with my body. The pain can be excruciating at times!

I don't know the nutritional value of lean cuisines, but I do eat "healthy" frozen meals sometimes. I am also a college student and understand how tough it is to make time to cook every day. What I am going to do once school starts again next week is make a big stir fry on Sunday and portion it out for lunches for the…

My goals: To lose 10 pounds in the next 50 days. To make sure I incorporate strength training 3x/week over the next 7 weeks. Become better at controlling my sugar cravings. Winter term of school begins for me on Monday, and the term is 10 weeks long. I hope that I can keep my health a priority during winter term!

The last time I lost a big chunk of weight was a couple of years ago when I was eating healthy (not even counting calories) and spinning 4x a week. I think it's a fantastic workout!

Wow! Congrats!

I don't think the poster was trying to figure out if the guy is into her. I think the point of her post was to discuss the fact that the acts leading to sex have changed, or are different than what she expected, and she's wondering what others' experiences have been. So, really, people don't need to be talking about…

Try adding unsweetened cocoa powder to the banana "ice cream". Yum!

Ummmmm....yes?

This thread is pretty strange, or maybe I'm just getting old and don't know what it's like in the dating scene anymore. Isn't sex more intimate than kissing?

This is so true (for me anyway). It's about the 15-20 minute mark that I get a huge burst of energy. Keep on going and don't beat yourself up!

Thank you for your responses  I feel like I'm ALWAYS hungry regardless of if I eat 1300 calories, or 2000 calories. I've been drinking a lot more water lately and it seems to help.

What I've been having for breakfast every morning for the past few weeks: 1 scoop chocolate whey protein handful of frozen strawberries half a banana (not frozen) 1 TBS almond butter add a little water to blend.....yum!

www.emilybites.com has several "muffin" recipes. I had the lasagne muffins on Thanksgiving. She includes MFP nutrition info as well as Weight Watchers points. I'm not on Weight Watchers, but thought it was great for people who are. Seriously check out her site, it's awesome!

I make these, but don't really follow a recipe. I'll add leftover veggies (love red peppers, onion, broccolli). Crumbled turkey breakfast sausage or chopped chicken breast is good too.

Please add me :) I'm more than ready! Thanks!

wow! you are stunning!

I don't have any recipes for you at the moment, but foods that will help you feel fuller longer are good fats. Avocado, nuts, olive oil, olives, seeds, dark chocolate. Beans also work.

anyone is free to add me :) I'm new, too, and could use as much motivation as possible!

I forgot to spray them with cooking spray before putting them in the oven, and they still turned out golden & crispy, fyi
