I don't have much weight I need to lose, but I've been toning up the last couple months. My downfall was sugar. I still have my coffee creamer every day, but the amount of sugar is minimal compared to what it used to be. The way I got over my temptations was by not eating sugar for about a week, and then eating a piece of…

Just keep trying...maybe magic will happen :noway:

I bake it without anything on it, then the last three minutes of baking time I put salsa on it. Yum!

I had a nonfat latte instead of the caramel mocha I used to get when going out for coffee. I didn't work out today, but did stay under my calorie goal. I bought a Thermos water bottle so I can quit buying plastic water bottles from the convenience store. Also, I finished my homework

My butt has always been pretty small (and I've always wished it were bigger). I have been doing squats, and I finally have an *kitten*! My jeans fit differently - they are now looser in the waist and tighter in the *kitten*/thighs. Good luck!

You are such an inspiration. I loved reading your story, and wish I could see the video of your mom seeing the "new" you for the first time! You are beautiful!

I work out at my gym 3-5x/week, and work out at home when I don't go to the gym. At the gym I only take classes because anything else is really boring to me. In the summer I spend more active time outside.

Eat your calories back. I felt results after a couple of weeks, and saw results at one month.

This is AWESOME. I made it for my first time last week, and am going to have it again tomorrow night for dinner. The first time I made it I spread a thin layer of LF ricotta on top of the crust, put a layer of shredded buffalo chicken meat I had cooking in the crockpot all day, a layer of spinach, and a layer of carmelized…

If I ever DO get sore, I'll try that! :blushing:

That makes sense, thank you! It is somewhat a mix of strength training and cardio.

Cereal, cookies, brownies, cake, ice cream, fridge biscuits (pillsbury crescents, homestyle biscuits, etc.), homemade tortillas, Doritos. I would say bad carbs!

Congratulations :) And, cute outfits by the way!

I have that problem too, but I did something different last night that I usually don't do. I brought snacks with me in my purse. I brought an orange, almonds, and wasa crackers. I nibbled on all of it throughout the evening, and my stomach did not bug me once! Good luck :)

Some people don't understand what it takes to be a graduate student. It looks like you already did your leg work with a budget knowing you only have $100 to work with. Congratulations to you in making it this far in your education :) Regarding food stamps: You can receive food stamps if you work at least twenty hours per…
