I am 5'5, 142 lb and just got done with a 60 minute cardio/strength training class where I burned 470 calories. Can anyone tell me how many grams of protein is optimal after my workout? I just found my 30 Day Shred video and would like to start it, but I also like taking a strength training class (full body) at my gym. Would it be counterproductive for me to do both? In my perfect world I would be doing the 30DS 6x/week and the strength training class 3x/week.
