30 Day Shred and Strength Training

I just found my 30 Day Shred video and would like to start it, but I also like taking a strength training class (full body) at my gym. Would it be counterproductive for me to do both? In my perfect world I would be doing the 30DS 6x/week and the strength training class 3x/week.
