wine has carbs in it so too many carbs will bump you out of ketosis if you don't include the wine in your daily carb alottment. i have figured out that if i am really low on my carbs for the day then i may be able to afford 6 or 7 oz of wine at night with no ill effects but generally speaking i would rather eat my limited…

wine kicks me out every time !!!! I like sweet wines so it doesnt go well with ketosis... i had a celebration over weekend with alot of out of town company.. I knew I would be kicked out so I am diligent now with the carb counts under 10% and it takes me 4 or 5 days to get back in ketosis!!!!

i have drank the BPC for about 4 days and the nausea for me was mild but i only put 1TBSP of conconut oil and 1 TBSP of butter as compared to those using 2 or 3 per cup.. I may increase later but it keeps me full until lunch with the tablespoon of each...

Did the book address those out of control cravings that may be sparked with the free meal and did he recommend that the carbs be more whole grains opposed to simple sugars??? i am no where near ready to consider a free anything but when and if this is a choice it would be nice to have a plan rather than throw…

Be careful!!! Yes you should leave but be very intelligent about it. Make sure you have friends and backup for support. Abusers do not like to fail...so know your enemy and stay in a safe place always.... you will heal and you will be a better stronger woman because of this!!!

Oh i got my dexa scan as the dexa tech is a low carb person as well so we are suppoting each other... i will repeat my dexa after i lose 10 or 15 lbs to see a difference...i guess i am lucky to have a dexa scan down the hall from my office!!!!

thanks for all of the comments... i am trying to stay around 1600 calories and my fat at 75% i weight train and run... my fats are healthy and my carbs from veggies!!! I lost another pound but my clothes feel better in the morning and i am still loving my yummy foods that i have denied myself for so long!!!!! i will review…

I think it depends on your goals... if you are a low carb person then they should by changed a little to do less carbs and more fat and if you are a high carb low fat person... then the fat should come down....reseach the different lifestyles.... i am a low carbber and i love my food!!!!

the fat bombs do seem a little oily so i keep mine in the freezer all of the time and they just melt quickly in my mouth!!! awesome!!!

every once in a while indulge but on other days...use your wine glass or beer mug and fill it with sparkling tea or water and sip it as if it were your beloved wine!!! 0 calories, but the brain enjoys the idea that you are drinking !!!!

I figured my protein was too high so I cut down and upped my fat intake with healthy fats and it seems that i am starting to break the stall. yes and i screwed up and ate 54 grams protein for breakfask alone today wit hminimal fat and i am ketone neg again.. after being positive for several days... i guess a cesar salad is in order for lunch it has 50 plus fat grams!!!!

i find no exercise more relaxing or fulfilling than running...i run alone because i like the peace and quiet to think and plus i go at my pace for the distance i want.....you will soon learn that it is awesome!!!!!!!
