I just to recieve alot of negativity... but now when people ask my eating style...I tell them that I am eating an anti-imflamatory diet... they ask and I say I try to avoid those foods that causes aches and pains, and imflamation in my body, such as bread cereals pasta etc... they are satsified and leave me alone!!!!!!

well I take D3, fish oil, biotin, chromiun, garcinia, B12, calcium, glucosamine, multi gummy, and maybe one or two others... I have not been sick in years, my allergies have not bothered me in years either Some people may say that it is too many .... i feel great!!!

thanks and yes i will nix the berries for now along with the spagetti squash... my stir fry was completely non starchy veggies made in coconut oil it was the most keto meal i prepared!!!

oh I recently cut my nightly wine or spirit consumption to NONE...maybe that was an issue..I also cut out artificial sweeteners

I am on day 3 and it is not as bad as I thought.... The black coffee was scary at first... but I got it down and tea without sugar was tough ... other than that... pretty good

I drink skinny margaritas.... tequila and zero carb margarita mixer from grocery store or walmart carries it.. it tastes almost as good as the real thing and alot less carb than wine!!!

I seem to have more energy now... but my weight loss is very slow.... but I am never hungry, that is huge for me, I can stay between 1600 and 1800 cal a day and not be hungry or crave sweets.. that is a huge victory!!!!

I make mine with 1/2 cup peanut butter , 1/2 cup coconut oil unsweetened cocoa and stevia and they are awesome I make a batch every week and eat 2-3 daily!!!! never have chocolate or candy cravings this fixes them and help up my fat intake!!!

i say stick with the workouts...eventually you will be able to do the entire 90 minutes at one time... be patient though.. and yes i agree with everyone else... it is definitely a workout that i love to hate.... but i have to mute "ole boy" and play music to keep me going.....
