I have been low carbing and in and out of ketosis for almost 2 yrs.. I have lost no weight at all and i need to know how to keep carbs under 20 daily when i am consuming healthy greens like salad, and broccoli, and other non starchy veggies??? Are you all out there counting net carbs??? please respond i only get under 20…

I have been using buttermilk ranch on my salads daily....are there any better, healthier, fatty dressings to use daily? I guess i am transitioning to trying to be more whole food and natural food.... less processed..

bulletproof coffee
To my keto family..... i drink my bulletproof coffee about twice a week only, I would love to drink it everyday but when I drink it, within 30 minutes, i am on fire and I sweat terribly for about half hr , then I am ok. I just had my chol levels drawn after being keto for 6 full weeks total chol 219 this is higher than it has ever been LDL 141 this is higher than it has ever been HDL 69 Great Ratio 3.2 Great Trig 46 Great but i am concerned with the LDL any body have any advice on that???? thanks!!!!!!

no weight loss
I am in mod ketones, averaging 1400-1600 cal with 20-40 gram of carbs daily. I am running 4 miles a day and i am stuck with no weight loss in a week. Is this normal? plus I has increased my water to almost a gallon a day starting yesterday.

I made the peanut butter and dark chocolate fat bombs with coconut oil and i put in the freezer.... AWFUL... they tastes sooo good that I ate 4 of them.. that is not good for my calorie reduction and weight loss. I feel so guilty... How many should I be eating???
