chol levels

I just had my chol levels drawn after being keto for 6 full weeks

total chol 219 this is higher than it has ever been
LDL 141 this is higher than it has ever been
HDL 69 Great
Ratio 3.2 Great
Trig 46 Great

but i am concerned with the LDL any body have any advice on that???? thanks!!!!!!

    Losing weight, and exercising more will help bring it down. Also avoiding foods that are high in saturated fat as opposed to foods which don't have as much or healthier forms of fat (e.g. poultry, nuts, avocados, pumpkin and healthier oils like sunflower seed oil, sesame seed oil, black walnut oil, etc...) will also aid you.

    Usually I dont recommend eating a lot of eggs everyday. Maybe every 2 days 4 hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Any other times its lean chicken or beef with added EVOO , coconut oil, or fish oil caps.
