Don't be me- I was done 38 lbs last year and I'm back trying to get off the regain of 25 plus get to my goal. Its hard work all over again. Baby steps- make your workout enjoyable. I tried zumba and love it even after a long day. Exercise helps me make better food choices too.

My scale is not being nice to me either. It really makes me want to rip thru a pack of cookies. Feel free to add me- ive being at it about 3 weeks too. Edit to add this time around- I lost 38 last year and found 25 of them again.

why 3-14 days? I have fasted a couple times when my eating has gotten out of control to get back into the swing of things but never more then 24 hours and even that makes me feel kind of out of it. Don't drive or operate heavy machinery if you are really going to do that. I didn't even drive when I did 24 hours.

I didn't see a difference at 20 for me either but health wise I felt a huge difference. How do you feel compared to 20 lbs ago? I bet a lot better! Keep at it Hun! You're doing great!!!!

145 for me. When I get there I may shoot for 139 just for sh!ts and giggles. I haven't been either of those weights since high s School.

I had Chinese last night too- chicken and brock and 2 cups listed as 580 cals. Wtf it was mostly broc! Why does it have to taste soooooo good?????

Id rather over powering perfume. Few weeks back I had to switch machines to get away from dome awful bo. All the way down the aisle I could still smell it. Hard to breath well and smell that!
