  • I do exactly the same thing for the same reasons. I eat at a base of 1500 and up to 1900 on exercise days(depending on cals burned). My BMR is between 1430-1500. Works for me!

  • I'm 5'8 and at 187lbs I was about a size 14/16 (US), depending on brand. I think my hips were 44" at widest part at the time. Really depends on body type and build…everyone's shaped a little different and will lose weight from different areas. I'm now 168 and fit in a size 10/12, hips are 41".
