Just a sweet combination of exercise and a healthy diet! Still a work-in-progress, but the reduction in back fat makes me happy. It's very possible, keep at it!!

Informative post. Funny the things you learn to accept and think are 'normal' for you. My tummy always protrudes after eating…I am now going to consider it as abnormal bloating and look for the trigger. Thanks to the OP and those with helpful suggestions...

My family drives me crazy about the food thing…assuming ALL I eat is salad, and then trying to get me to eat more of 'this', saying it's healthy, but then telling me eating my Feta cheese will make me fat.
